Newly constructed one-bedroom suite.  Separate sleeping area with a queen and a double bed.  Living area with couch, Cable TV, table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.  Staircase access.  Lake Views.  A short walk on our flat and level property to the beach and swim area.

The duplex cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, living room, full bathroom with tub, and a deck on the back of the unit with a picnic table and barbecue grill. Included are air conditioning, heat, and cable tv. Duplex cottage guests bring their own towels. Bed linens are provided with beds made prior to arrival. Unit is just a short walk on our flat and level property to the beach and swim area. Stairs or ramp use required for access.

Four bedroom house that sleeps 10.  Located at Blue Lagoon Resort 4 miles North of Lake George. The property is on Lake George with 200-foot private beach.  Just a short walk from house to beach and docks.  Docking available for an additional fee.  Also included are access to a heated pool and kiddie pool, canoes and Kayaks, and gift shop with ice and other products.
House has 4 bedrooms.  One bedroom has a queen bed, the next bedroom has 2 double beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 4th bedroom has a double bed. House has a great room set up with a large dining room, living room, and kitchen area.  Also two decks with table and barbecue grill included.  The back deck has beautiful views of Lake George and the surrounding mountains.  
Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the house.  There are 3 bathrooms.  One is a full bath, one is a bathroom with a stall shower, and one is a 1/2 bath with a toilet and a sink only.  House guest are provided with a dozen bath towels and bed linens for all beds. 

Motel room with an adjoining small kitchen and small table and chairs. The room has a queen bed and a double bed. In front of the room is a covered porch with 2 chairs. The room includes air conditioning, heat, and cable TV. The kitchenette has a smaller sized refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and pots, pans and dishes. Bed linens and towels included with daily towel service. A short walk on our flat and level property to the beach and swim area.  Bed and bath linens are included.
