OCCUPANCY

Cottages rented to members of one family only.  Maximum occupancy 6 people (up to four adults plus children) in 2 bedroom units and maximum occupancy of 4 people (up to 2 adults plus children) in motels and motel efficiencies.  No group rentals (rentals to one party for more than 2 units) and all rentals are family rentals (couples or families with children).  No rentals to minors or those not fitting with a family resort.  Blue Lagoon Resort, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

DEPOSITS

A $1,000 non-transferable deposit per week is required on in-season housekeeping rentals ($1,500 for the house.) All others require $600 per week or up to 50% of total for stays of less than 1 week . Make deposits payable to Blue Lagoon Resort, LLC.

BALANCE

Your reservation is a commitment for the full period you request.  Entire balance is to be paid in full on arrival. No personal checks accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Traveler’s Checks, Debit Cards and cash are accepted.  Corporate or Business Credit Cards (Business name printed on card) are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

30 days notice required to cancel.  Within 30 days deposits refunded if unit is re-rented for the period of your reservation.  Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.  No refunds for early departure.  A cancellation fee of 10% of the reservation total applies.

SUPPLIED
For housekeeping cottages and motel efficiencies, we supply dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee maker,  pots and pans.  Motel units are supplied with a small refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. Cottages include bed linens, but guests must furnish own towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Motels and motel efficiencies include bed and bath linens and daily towel service – no maid service.
